GLADPIN / FREE ONLINE

Make space for feedback after the appointment.

Clients may find it easier to share a thought after an appointment than at a busy reception desk. A GladPin location page gives them a simple route to private feedback or a little thanks.

Make the purpose clear at reception

Place a QR card where clients can comfortably scan it, with wording such as ‘Share your visit: private feedback, thanks or a Google review’. Explain that it opens in a browser and is not a booking or payment link. Test the final printed code before displaying it.

Respect the private setting

Thank-you notes and feedback go to the business owner's dashboard, not a public testimonial page. Do not ask clients to include health details, treatment records or other sensitive information. GladPin feedback is anonymous and does not give you contact details for replying, so keep your usual direct contact channel for questions needing a response.

Keep reviews voluntary and open

Add the correct Google review URL for your salon if you want to offer that option. Every visitor sees the configured Google review action regardless of any feedback or thanks. Avoid offering a treatment discount, gift or other reward for a review, and welcome honest experiences rather than requesting a particular score.

Use a separate code for each salon

Create one location per branch so clients reach the right name and Google destination. Messages and activity are shown per location in the dashboard. One owner manages the account; staff and team logins are not currently available. Keep owner credentials private.

Keep the setup simple

The online service, location pages, dashboard and PNG/SVG QR downloads are free, without a subscription or credit card. Clients need no GladPin app or account. Print your own cards while optional plaque ordering remains closed. Updating your salon's name or description keeps its existing QR destination.
