Is GladPin free?
Yes. The online service includes business pages, QR downloads and the dashboard for all your locations. There is no software subscription, trial or credit-card requirement. Optional physical plaques are planned as a separate one-time purchase; ordering is not open.
Do customers need an app or account?
No. A customer scans the QR code and opens the location page in their browser. Thanks and private feedback do not require registration, an email address or a phone number. Google has its own account requirements for posting a review on Google.
Who can read feedback and thank-you notes?
Notes and feedback are private and visible to the business owner in their dashboard. They are not published as testimonials or shown on a public message wall. Please avoid putting sensitive or unnecessary personal information in messages. The privacy notice explains the current processing and outstanding details.
Can every visitor access Google reviews?
Yes, when the business has configured a valid Google review destination. The review action is available regardless of whether a visitor sends thanks or feedback. GladPin does not select visitors by sentiment, offer rewards for reviews or automatically post reviews.
Will my printed QR code change if I rename my location?
No. Editing the location's name, description, address or Google review link keeps its GladPin public token and QR destination. Keep the location in your account and use the downloaded GladPin QR for that location.
Can I manage several locations?
Yes. One owner account can create and switch between multiple locations. Each has a separate QR code, page, messages and activity counts. There is a current anti-abuse ceiling of 100 locations per business. Team accounts are not available.
Does a Google link click mean I received a review?
No. GladPin counts outbound Google review link clicks, not published reviews. It does not import or verify Google reviews. Similarly, page views are not a count of unique customers or proven QR scans.
Is GladPin only for Irish businesses?
Ireland is the initial focus, but free digital access is not restricted to Ireland. The interface is in English. Each business should check that its use fits its own needs and responsibilities.
