GLADPIN / FREE ONLINE

Hear about the meal, while it is still fresh.

GladPin gives restaurant guests a browser-based way to share an experience. A single location QR opens choices for a thank-you, private feedback and an optional Google review link.

Fit the invitation into the visit

A discreet table card or a note with the bill can make feedback easy to find. Label it as a feedback link so guests do not confuse it with a menu, ordering or payment code. Test the printed code under your restaurant's lighting and check the destination on a phone.

Offer all guests the same choices

Use wording such as ‘Tell us about your visit’. Do not ask guests to share private feedback before showing them the Google review option, or offer a discount in exchange for a review. GladPin keeps the configured Google review action available independently of the thanks and private feedback forms.

Keep private messages useful

Guests can describe service, atmosphere or their overall experience in a private note. Messages are visible to the owner rather than published on the location page. Ask guests to raise urgent issues with staff directly; GladPin is not an emergency or live service channel. Avoid encouraging medical, allergy or other sensitive details in anonymous messages.

Review one location at a time

Give each restaurant its own page and Google destination. Select the location in the owner dashboard to read notes and compare activity across rolling 7, 30 or 90-day periods. A page view does not prove a table scanned a code, and a Google link click does not confirm that a guest published a review.

Print once and keep your destination

Download the location's QR as PNG or SVG without paying for software. Location profile edits preserve the QR destination. Multiple locations are included, with a current 100-location anti-abuse ceiling. Physical plaques are planned; ordering is not open, so use your own printed materials for now.
