Account and setup help
Tell us which part of the setup you need help with and include the location name or public page URL if relevant. Never send your password, verification link, password-reset link or other account tokens. We do not need those to understand a support question.
Privacy and data requests
Contact admin@gladpin.ie with a brief description of your request. Avoid putting sensitive information in the first email. Any identity or ownership checks needed to handle a request should use an appropriate private process. Our privacy notice describes the current service and details still being finalised.
Feedback about a business visit
For a comment about your visit, use that business's GladPin location page or contact the business directly. GladPin support is for the platform. Anonymous feedback does not provide the business with a contact address for a reply; urgent or personal matters are better handled through the business's direct contact channel.
