GLADPIN / FREE ONLINE
Give café customers an easy way to share.
A busy counter leaves little time for a conversation. A GladPin QR code lets café customers send a quick thanks or share private feedback at a moment that suits them.
Choose a place people can pause
Try a table card or a clearly visible sign near the exit rather than a spot that holds up the payment queue. Keep the printed code readable, with clear space around it and a short explanation of what opens. Test the final print using more than one phone before putting it out.
Use a neutral invitation
A simple prompt such as ‘How was your visit? Share feedback or say thanks’ explains the choice. Staff can mention the code without asking customers for a particular rating. If a Google review link is configured, everyone can access it directly from the location page, without completing a private feedback form.
Keep each branch separate
Create a location for each café and check its address and Google review URL before printing. Download the matching QR code for each branch. The owner dashboard lets you switch between locations, so a note about the morning queue goes to the right business context instead of being mixed with another branch.
Make feedback part of the routine
Set aside time to read private notes and look for recurring themes such as seating, service speed or coffee temperature. Feedback is anonymous, so GladPin does not provide a way to contact a visitor back. Avoid asking customers to include personal or sensitive information. Treat activity counts as signals, not a survey of every customer.
Start with the tools already included
Your café page, PNG and SVG QR downloads and dashboard are free. There is no subscription and customers do not need an app. You can print your own signage; ready-made plaques are planned but not available to order. Renaming the café keeps the same QR destination.
