GladPin helps the places people visit hear a little more from their customers. It is operated by the GladPin team, with Ireland as the initial focus and free digital access available beyond Ireland.
What we are building
A location gets one stable QR destination. Customers can open it in their browser, say thanks, send private feedback or follow an optional Google review link. Business owners can read their messages and location activity in a simple dashboard. Customers do not need a GladPin account or app.
Free online, for all your locations
The online service, QR downloads and dashboard are free without a trial, subscription or credit card. Optional physical plaques are planned separately; ordering is not open. You can download a QR code and print your own materials now.
Honest feedback and honest counts
Google review access is independent of feedback and sentiment. We do not offer review rewards or selectively route positive experiences to Google. Notes and feedback stay private to the business owner. Dashboard Google link clicks are not published reviews, and page views are not unique visitors or confirmed QR scans.
See it before you sign up
The public demo uses a fictional café and invented sample dashboard figures. It lets you explore the interface without a real business account. Demo messages are not saved or sent, and the demo Google action does not open an external review page.
